Kotak Life moved into a new office. We turned the move into a brand moment — a workplace where every department gets its own sport, and the building itself coaches the team.
Kotak Life shifted to a new office. Most companies treat that as a facilities job — paint, signage, a logo at reception. The obvious route is a building that looks corporate and says nothing.
But an office is the one piece of brand a team lives inside every day. We treated the move as a brand moment, not a fit-out.
Insurance, at its core, is about playing the long game and backing people to win. So we built the office around sport — and gave every department its own discipline.
The CEO’s floor took gold-medal energy. Marketing got the charge and motion of basketball. Each department wall carried its sport’s spirit — effort, teamwork, the will to win — turning a corridor into a daily reminder of how the business thinks.
We designed and executed the full environmental system — hand-styled wall branding, department identities, and motivational typographic murals built for the specific energy of each space.
The canteen broke the rules on purpose: a fun, quirky, off-duty zone that gave the team somewhere the workday could genuinely switch off. A workplace should have a pulse — not just a logo at the door.
Kotak Life’s new office stopped being a building with a logo and became an expression of how the company thinks — competitive, team-driven, in it for the long game.
Every wall does a job: it welcomes, it motivates, and it reminds the people who keep the business running exactly what they’re playing for.
